It all started when I was helping a friend with their small business. They had a task that involved manually processing and organizing hundreds of data files — something that was eating up hours of their time every week. They were doing it manually, dragging and dropping files, renaming them, and moving them into different directories. It was repetitive and dull, and I could see right away that it was the perfect candidate for automation.
